Migros

Migros-Up Partnership: Accelerating Blue-Collar Hiring

We partnered with Migros on a joint innovation project to specifically address the high-turnover sector of courier delivery (e.g., Paket Taxi). The goal was to expand our blue-collar recruitment process, offering a fast and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring professionals in sectors with high turnover.

Key Innovations for End-to-End Speed and Integrity:

  • Intelligent Data Correction: We observed that applications from various platforms often contained missing or incorrect candidate information. Instead of disqualifying these candidates, we utilized our developed Intelligent Agent to swiftly correct and validate the data.

  • Autonomous Screening (HiriBot Interviewer): The HiriBot Interviewer module conducts the initial screening interviews entirely autonomously for high-volume positions, managing the entire recruitment process when necessary. This ensures a quick, efficient, and scalable screening process

  • Automated Document Verification: Following the interview, we established integrations to instantly verify the authenticity of critical required documents, such as driver's licenses, criminal records, and professional certifications (e.g., P1 documents).

This specialized initiative delivered an end-to-end automated solution, streamlining the hiring journey, reducing manual effort, and ensuring the quality and validity of every hire.

We have established a strategic partnership with HAVELSAN, leveraging their "Main Language Model" to train and refine our modules within this framework.
