Migros-Up Partnership: Accelerating Blue-Collar Hiring
We partnered with Migros on a joint innovation project to specifically address the high-turnover sector of courier delivery (e.g., Paket Taxi). The goal was to expand our blue-collar recruitment process, offering a fast and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring professionals in sectors with high turnover.

Intelligent Data Correction: We observed that applications from various platforms often contained missing or incorrect candidate information. Instead of disqualifying these candidates, we utilized our developed Intelligent Agent to swiftly correct and validate the data.

Autonomous Screening (HiriBot Interviewer): The HiriBot Interviewer module conducts the initial screening interviews entirely autonomously for high-volume positions, managing the entire recruitment process when necessary. This ensures a quick, efficient, and scalable screening process
